Hardik Pandya Hails Mumbai Indians’ Brilliant Success in IPL 2025 Auction

Team India’s star all-rounder, Hardik Pandya, is currently showcasing his batting prowess in the Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy, hitting powerful shots. Recently, Pandya expressed his satisfaction with the Indian Premier League (IPL 2025) mega auction held in Jeddah, UAE. He stated that the Mumbai Indians franchise has found the “right mix” of players, aligning with their clear plan of balancing young and experienced talent.

In a video shared by Mumbai Indians on social media, Pandya said, “I was in constant touch with the table (bidders) about who we were targeting, and I believe we performed well in the auction. The team looks great.” He added, “We’ve got the right mix. Boult (Trent Boult) is back, Deepak Chahar is here, and we also have young players like Will Jacks, Robin Minz, and Ryan Rickelton.”

Pandya’s Take on the Auction Process

Pandya remarked, “I think we did a fantastic job. We addressed all areas.” He acknowledged that while the auction is an exciting process, it’s crucial to maintain composure, especially when targeting players the team needs. “The dynamics of the auction are always tricky. Watching it live is thrilling, and emotions run high because you want to add a specific player to your team.”
